Participates in Safety by reporting Unsafe Conditions, Unsafe Acts and Close Calls; makes entries into the Global Data Center (GDC). - Maintains a neat and orderly work area; meets plant and department housekeeping standards. May be assigned additional housekeeping responsibilities throughout the plant as needed to maintain a clean and orderly work space. - Assists Operators with extruder start-ups. Threads up equipment with film (i.e. winders, folders, bag machines, printers). Threads up the tower with rope. - Changes the formula percentages on blenders according to the Traveler Report and verifies that the blender makes correct batches. Changes percentage formulas, changes to the new color formula and zeros out the scale blenders. Enables and/or disables hoppers sets fill time (in seconds) for hoppers. - Identifies when the vacuum pump filter is dirty and replaces it with a new one. Identifies when the screen pack is dirty, prepares the screen pack to be changed, and replaces the screen pack with a new one. Identifies when the sock sleeve on stabilizer is worn and replaces it with a new one. Identifies when the print plate on printer is worn, replaces it with a new one, and cleans the printer, as necessary. - Assists in giving breaks to Packers on the lines - Participates in employee driven teams to address scrap, quality, safety or other production related issues. - If assigned to Roll Stock, must be capable of becoming forklift certified. - Other duties as assigned.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Installs and disassembles (rig up/rig down) of wireline and pressure control equipment in accordance with original equipment manufacturer's standards including verification of applicable certifications. Assembles, secures, and disconnects equipment. Monitors, evaluates, and adjusts process or equipment to maximize quality and efficiency. Tasks are performed in accordance with applicable safety guidelines, as well as appropriate industry standards. Performs a combination of shipping, loading, and unloading duties. Requirements Qualification Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Valid CDL and acceptable MVR. CDL with Hazmat and state blaster license preferred. Ability to timely obtain CDL with Hazmat Endorsement and state blaster license required. Ability to work independently and as a team with other crews, particularly when under pressure in situations where priorities change or emergency situations. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, squat, crawl and walk; may have long periods of standing or sitting. Exposure to working outdoors and extreme weather conditions. Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written. Basic writing, math and computer skills. Must have flexibility to work any schedule based on business needs and travel as job requires.
