Perform minor setups and adjustments on machines as assigned and trained in respective department. (i.e. loading programs, changing tooling, changing fixtures, and programs in welding cells).
Must be able to read and interpret shop orders, quality sheets, ISO procedures and prints for building product. Follow standard work instructions as written for the cell, machine or process.
Accurately records information such as time and attendance, entering counts, lot numbers, start and end operations, scrap, reject codes, etc., on written sheets, or into the computer system.
Coordinates own efforts as a team member within the project group or cell in working with others, sharing duties as needed and ensuring a quality end product that is completed correctly and on time
Ability to use various quality equipment to accurately measure parts. These pieces of equipment include: Comparator; CMM light table; Romer Arm.
Participate in testing and requesting new tooling using the appropriate RB Royal forms.

The role of the Chemical Operator is to provide the labor and expertise to safely manufacture quality chemical products while embracing a zero loss of containment mindset. Maintains shipping and receiving logs. Communicates any discrepancies with Production Supervisor or Cheese Manufacturing Manager.
Performs daily motorized pallet truck inspections.
Performs daily shipping cooler temperature checks and inspections.
Fills and maintains foot baths throughout the plant.
Monitors inventory of pallets, pouches, and other packaging supplies to ensure sufficient inventory levels. Submits purchase requisitions to the Production Supervisor.
Coordinates movement of materials and supplies between other facilities.
Follows aseptic sampling procedures for plugging blocks. Re-seals and palletizes sample blocks.
Responsible for daily sanitation and housekeeping of dry storage areas, coolers, and motorized pallet trucks in accordance with the master sanitation schedule.
Provides break relief for Packaging Operators and supports operations in this department.

Position Description:
Starting Pay - $19.00 per hour
Demonstrated decisiveness, initiative, and leadership abilities
Must be able to work a rotating schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime and overnights
1 fixed shift position working overnights - Sunday 9 pm - Friday 5 am
3 rotating shift positions (Hours are 5 am - 1 pm; 1 pm - 9 pm; 9 pm - 5 am); positions would rotate through all 3 shifts
Must be able to do heavy lifting while staging and preparing product for processing and shipment
Must have desktop computer skills
Ability to drive a forklift
Basic Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
18 years of age or older
Microsoft Office / Desktop Computer skills
Ability to work well with others
Ability to multi-task assigned job duties and work unsupervised
Work Environment:
Employees will spend the entire day on the production floor. Workers will be exposed to wet, humid and cold conditions and will be working near moving mechanical parts.
