You'll play a vital role in loading and unloading raw and pasteurized products, performing lab tests, operating CIP (Clean-In-Place) systems, and ensuring production runs safely and smoothly. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are a must! What You'll Do: Operate milk and cream HTST pasteurizers and automated CIP systems. Receive and load raw and pasteurized milk and cream. Perform and document milk quality lab tests to ensure specifications are met. Complete and maintain bills of lading, certificates of analysis, production records, and fluid inventory. Monitor and maintain pasteurization and storage equipment, including routine maintenance like valve and gasket replacements. What We're Looking For: Ability to obtain state pasteurizer permit (guidance provided). Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays-team dedication is key! Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) and strong math for record keeping. Physically able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 80 lbs with assistance.
