About the Role Scoular is seeking motivated grain elevator operators to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating safe and reliable supply chain solutions for our customers. * Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing grain while assisting with the weighing and grading of grain trucks. * Operate heavy equipment (loaders, skid steer loaders, track mobiles, rail car movers, etc.) * Manage grain storage by creating and moving grain piles, as well as performing general cleaning and housekeeping of bins and storage structures. * Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and promptly reporting any unsafe practices or hazards. * Perform general maintenance tasks as needed to support operations.
