Follows directions on batch cards of individual mixtures to make coatings. Controls and operates equipment that mix and manufacture paint, lacquer, and stain. Must have good communication skills with a cooperative and discipline attitude to assure appropriate work ethic. Requires the ability to lift 60 lbs.
