Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand long hours (8-12-hour shifts), use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement, receive and follow instructions, and use vision to identify defects.

Job Overview:
The CNC Machine Operator is an experienced machine operator who is disciplined, creative and an excellent problem solver who will thrive in our lean manufacturing environment. •Follow Standard Work Machine set up, running parts and preventative maintenance (PM).

Job Purpose

Job Responsibilities
* Reports safety, quality or other issues related to products or production processes to Team Leader / Shift Supervisor.
* Is familiar and complies with all the applicable corporate as well as site and laboratory policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct, HSE and Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) standards.
* Clean portable tanks, valves, filters, pumps, and other equipment using cleaning chemicals, pressure washers, brushers, scrapers, and other cleaning tools
* Remaining material is put back where it came from or the empty containers are taken to designated areas for proper disposal or reconditioning.
* Assist fill off operator in obtaining proper containers for batches being filled off
* Finished goods are taken to shipping, intermediates placed in their storage location and overages in the overage area
* Hazardous waste containers are to be taken to the accumulation area as soon as they are full, labeled and dated
* Must move to other production tasks operator has been trained to perform as needed
* Transfer completed products into containers of various sizes and types (1 qt cans to tankers). Identify and apply the correct information on the containers and or proper documents while following all fill off and safety procedures
* Fill off approved batches ranging from 1 gallon to 5000 gallons into the proper shipping containers
* Measure the amount of product into the correct container for proper yield, by weighing and/or measuring the weight of the material in the containers with the tools provided

Job Description
This position is responsible for day-to-day operation of a Hot Pit loader. Candidate must have experience in operating heavy equipment. Able to operate a front-end loader, digging and moving hot material.
* Check all fluids for proper levels before operating.
* Keep loader clean inside and out.
* Perform any necessary routine maintenance on loader such as lubricating and fueling.
* Reporting parts or supplies needed to do the repairs.
* Follow all Safety Operating Guidelines
* Perform related work and additional duties as requested/assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 1 - 3 years' experience as a heavy equipment operator.
* Ability to do manual labor in an outdoor environment that may include elevated areas and extreme weather conditions.
* Good communications skills, and the ability to read operating instructions.
* Proactive in SAFETY and works well in a team environment.
* Experience in using a Loader Operator required
* Mechanical ability a plus
* Good work ethic, self-motivated
* Knowledge and experience operating front end wheel loaders; excavators; screening, crushing, and material conveying systems; street sweepers; skid steers; and other similar equipment.
* Knowledge of equipment inspection, preventative maintenance, and cleaning standards.
* Ability to work independently in a safe and efficient manner and to follow safety policies and procedures.
* Solid communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
* Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to work outdoors in hot and cold temperatures
* Must be able to work in a busy, often distracting work environment.
* Must be able to lift-up to 50 pounds unassisted on an occasional basis.
* Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
* Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time.

Report and document any damaged or defective goods through proper channels, including detailed incident reports and photos when necessary
Participate in regular safety meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Assist in seasonal inventory counts and special projects requiring material handling expertise
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned work areas, including charging stations and storage zones within the warehouse

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Able to pass our internal Forklift Certification Program within the first 90 days
Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience preferred

Safely operates powered industrial equipment to accurately load, unload, pick, store, or move material throughout the facility. Counts and verifies package labels and quantities to ensure accuracy. Records finished goods production from the Packaging lines. Orders material and delivers to appropriate area on time. Palletizes or re-palletizes loads manually or via machine to secure packages and meet shipping or receiving requirements. Utilizes WMS system and basic computer screens to order and track inventory movement. 2nd Shift
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Loads or unloads finished goods and other material for the operating departments.
Moves material to appropriate location and supports merchandise flow through the facility.
Counts and verifies proper paper work, product codes & quantities on all material, noting any inconsistencies or damaged condition.
Transacts material movement via radio frequency or fixed location terminal for all putaways, picks, moves, and inventory transfers.
Verifies pallet patterns and pallet stability.
Understands and complies with inventory control procedures regarding FIFO, MICRO-quarantine control and rejected material.
Performs other functions such as consolidation, relocation and verification of locations
May be required to load or unload material by hand.
In the Labs, responsible for the timely and accurate receipt, inspection and storage of raw ingredients
Orders and delivers material for Shipping Authorizations.
Loads material onto outbound trailers to fulfill service requests.
Orders and delivers material from storage to packaging lines.
Inspects and maintains powered equipment daily.
Maintains cross-trained in all warehouse responsibilities
Follows safety policies and maintains good housekeeping in work area.

Knowledge/Skills/Education/Experience:
High School diploma, GED, or one to six months of related experience or training.
Must become certified as a powered industrial truck operator within eight weeks of starting position.
Must have basic math skills and ability to work with computer terminals.

Ability to handle pressure and demonstrate flexibility.
Able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and take initiative on specific issues.

Responsibility:
Responsible for proper loading and unloading of trailers to meet weight and space requirements.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carryout more complex instructions in written, or diagram form. Able to deal with more complex problems involving some abstract thinking, though may require supervision. Requires little direction when solving simple problems.

Intermediate: Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, bill of lading, packing list, shipping manifest, material safety data sheets and procedure manuals without supervisor explanation.
Quantitative Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Physical Demands:
Associate is regularly required to stand (90% of day).
Frequent reaching, bending, squatting, lifting, walking, pushing, pulling and turning.
Associate is frequently required to reach with arms to handle or move material.
Basic hand and eye coordination is needed to safely operate a lift truck.
Must have the dexterity to clear jams along the conveyor.
Associate must occasionally lift and or move up to 50 lbs.
Associate must be able to use clamper device to move or roll drums.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to work in high spaces.
Work Environment:
Working in warehouse environment. Must be able to work in area that has constant noise, varying temperatures, working machinery and lift truck movement.
Working conditions on dock will fluctuate with outside weather conditions.
Working conditions will produce dust and dirt.
