What You Will Do: The CNC Operator, reporting to the Shift Supervisor, is responsible for adhering to all policies and procedures related to the various parts and equipment they are trained and certified to operate. Additionally, operators are tasked with loading and unloading parts to meet production demands, inspecting parts using various precision measuring tools, and making decisions to accept or reject parts. They must also effectively communicate any changes both verbally and in writing. Essential Duties: Operate appropriate CNC flat surface and creep feed grinding equipment and other machinery as necessary to produce the required number of correct parts in a timely manner according to process documentation.
