Location: St. Louis, MO
Pay: $24/hour

EverGrain is an ingredient venture whose purpose is to make products healthier, taste better, and more sustainable. The business was launched by Anheuser-Busch InBev in 2019 and features new technology that repurposes brewer's grain - barley - to produce plant protein ingredients.
EverGrain seeks to hire a co-op allowing students or graduates to develop and get exposure to different roles and challenges. This program will give exposure to our business operations and relevant experiences from the start. The program takes place over 6 months, however, we are flexible to adjust. You are self-starter, have an entrepreneurial growth mindset and strong collaboration skills. You are excited to make a significant impact in growing the capacity of the organization.
EverGrain Co-Op Program Details:
Process introduction with local Leadership team, to learn about EverGrain's overall strategy, business functions, and people structure.
Field Experience in our plant operations to understand the process routine of the business, followed by the opportunity to deep dive into a project within the departments of the company.
Deep dive into support functions, leadership & functional trainings and exposure to senior leaders throughout the program.
Development opportunities to help boost skillset and build long-term leadership potential.
Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Leverage data and insights to provide effective solutions to complex problems.
Embrace ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Able to effectively manage several projects at once, while being agile in the face of setbacks and change.
Question the status quo, seeks opportunities to improve processes, not afraid of change and willing to take calculated risks.
Job Requirements
Current university student or recent university graduate
GPA of 3.0 or greater
Demonstrates leadership capability in previous work experience and/or extracurricular activities.
Self-motivated to drive results and deliver above and beyond expectations.
Comfortable working in teams, actively listens, seeks diverse opinions, and fosters inclusion.
A background in Engineering, Science, Food Science, or Environmental/Safety are preferred but all majors are accepted
