Job Duties and Responsibilities: All America Threaded Products is a leading manufacturer of threaded products, and due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking new machine operators. Our Production Assistants work with a variety of heavy manufacturing equipment producing threaded rod and U-bolts. Other responsibilities include: Adherence with our safety regulations. Documenting quality issues, reporting deviations. Material handling, loading, and unloading of machines. Basic maintenance including adjusting, lubrication, and set-up. Performing quality checks on finished products. Setting and operating industrial machines. Who we are seeking in an applicant: We are willing to train someone to run various types of machinery if they are willing to learn and have good mechanical aptitude. Other qualifications include: Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Proficient using gauges, tape measures, and other basic hand tools. Familiarity with and willingness to adhere to warehouse and manufacturing safety standards. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and interact in a physically demanding position.
