Duties and Responsibilities
Operate packaging machinery to package dietary supplements, including tablets, capsules, powders, and other formats.
Ensure proper packaging materials are used and verify correct labels, batch numbers, and expiration dates are applied to each product.
Inspect finished products for quality, including checking for defects, damage, or contamination during the packaging process.
Perform routine maintenance on packaging machines to ensure smooth operations, cleaning and troubleshooting equipment as necessary.
Ensure all packaged products meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of production volumes, packaging details, and any discrepancies during the shift.
Monitor the packaging line to ensure products are packaged and sealed correctly and adjust machine settings as needed.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Assist with material handling, ensuring raw materials and packaging supplies are stocked and readily available.
Perform regular inspections of the packaging area, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Participate in inventory control and ensure that packaging materials and finished products are properly stored.
Work closely with other production team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Report any issues, quality control concerns, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors for prompt resolution.
Assist in training new team members on packaging procedures, safety protocols, and machine operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in manufacturing or production are a plus.
Previous experience in a packaging role, preferably within dietary supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Basic understanding of dietary supplements, packaging processes, and quality control standards.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Reporting to the Foreman, the Pipe Trackhoe Operator/Excavator is responsible for operating one or several types of power construction equipment, such as front end loader, roller, bulldozer, or excavator. Prior experience working with water lines, sanitary & storms pipes is required.

The responsibilities of the Excavator/Hoe Operator include, but are not limited to:

Working under the guidance of the lead operator the Treattarome operator will perform various duties involved in the production of Treattarome intermediate materials (WIP) and finished products. This includes but is not limited to offloading, preparing, and loading raw materials, start-up and shut down of stills, boiler and cooling units, monitoring and recording still operations, properly storing materials and products, general cleanup using mildly caustic cleaning agents, and providing QC and lab personnel with material and product samples for testin
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Locate and pull product and raw materials in a timely and efficient manner
Upon approval of the lead operator, off load raw materials from shipping vehicles. Depending on the mode of transport, offloading will be done by hand, forklift or pumps and hoses.
Load product ingredients into blending tanks using hoses and pumps.
Prepare raw materials for initial processing. This includes manually loading materials on to conveyer belts, using knifes to cut material and using a forklift to dump drums of material.
Move and manipulate ingredient containers as necessary to complete the blend process. This includes moving and lifting 50 pound barrels on a regular basis.
Sanitize all blending tanks and equipment using mildly caustic cleaning agents. This includes climbing
Use a forklift to transfer raw material from initial processing equipment to staging tanks.
Perform still start up procedures. This includes connecting hoses and opening valves.
Monitor and document still reading, and sounds to ensure proper distillation.
Perform aromatic and visual evaluations of materials and notify lead personnel of any production problems.
Produce product samples for QC testing and analysis.
Dispense intermediate, distilled materials into various types and sizes of storage containers.
Load and unload incoming and outgoing drum trailers.
Weigh and measure materials using both standard and metric systems.
Properly label material containers and update necessary documentation.
Appropriately store finished materials in cold rooms, freezers and warehouse locations. This includes use of a forklift for storage of drummed and bulk materials.
Perform standard cleaning and sanitation processes as directed by lead and supervisory personnel.
Maintain a clean and tidy work area free of trash and debris at all times.

Job title: Production Operator (US) Reporting to: Production Supervisor Working under the guidance of the lead operator the production operator will perform various duties involved in the production of intermediate materials (WIP) and finished products. What you'll be doing
* Upon approval of the lead operator, off load raw materials from shipping vehicles. Depending on the mode of transport, offloading will be done by hand, forklift or pumps and hoses.
* Prepare raw materials for initial processing. This includes manually loading materials on to conveyer belts, using knifes to cut material and using a forklift to dump drums of material.
* Use a forklift to transfer raw material from initial processing equipment to staging tanks.
* Perform still start up procedures. This includes connecting hoses and opening valves.
* Monitor and document still reading, and sounds to ensure proper distillation.
* Perform aromatic and visual evaluations of materials and notify lead personnel of any production problems.
* Produce product samples for QC testing and analysis.
* Dispense intermediate, distilled materials into various types and sizes of storage containers.
* Weigh and measure materials using both standard and metric systems.
* Properly label material containers and update necessary documentation.
* Appropriately store finished materials in cold rooms, freezers and warehouse locations. This includes use of a forklift for storage of drummed and bulk materials.
* Perform standard cleaning and sanitation processes as directed by lead and supervisory personnel.
* Maintain a clean and tidy work area free of trash and debris at all times.
* Act in the best interest of TUSA at all times
