In-process inspection and solder touch-up of assemblies after reflow, solder touch-up of solder defects as identified by inspection. Visually inspect parts for quality prior and after assembly. Read and interpret assembly drawings and notes. Read and apply documented quality system procedures. The individual will interact daily with production engineering, peer groups and supervisor. Candidates with CNC programming and machine operating experience will be considered. Requirements: Extensive experience in running electronic surface mount equipment (SMT) Extensive experience in running solder screening machines Extensive experience in running solder inspection machines, SPI Experience in running solder reflow ovens Ability to follow instructions for engineering modifications. Work independently with little to no supervision. Good communication skills, able to speak, read, write and understand English. Strong attention to details and highly organized. POSITION OVERVIEW As a Warehouse Operator your primary duty will be to service, protect and care for our customers goods that are stored in our facility warehouse space. In this role you will be tasked with operating various pieces of warehouse equipment to accomplish work activity. On a daily basis it will be the principal duty of the Warehouse Operator to carefully unload, inspect, stack and store, and eventually pick and ship customers products diligently and with a high degree of safety in mind. Weighs railcar/truck in prior to product transfer. Fills out loading record. Ensures that truck/railcar is positioned and secured at proper loading rack.
