What You Will Do:
Review daily mix schedules and ensure the raw materials required are available
Follow mix instructions and accurately add raw materials to the mixes manually, using pumps or mixing systems
Mix batches using variable agitation
Perform routine observation of product during the mixing and filling process to ensure batch quality. Report any out-of-spec raw material, premixes or mixed batches and consults with Quality personnel on any batch adjustments.
Properly clean out all mix tanks
Operate fork trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps, and other material handling equipment to transport raw material and finished product
Perform building and equipment preventative maintenance
Load bulk trailers and operate a yard mule
Perform other duties as assigned
Position Details:
Plant location: Garyville, LA Plant
Work week and shift: Rotation 5am -5pm, 5pm -5am
Compensation package offered: $30.00ph with some OT
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
1 year of previous experience working in a chemical and/or manufacturing environment
1 year of experience using systems, pumps, read meters, basic Quality Control data, and tracking mixing and quality information (mix logs, batch adjustments, etc.)
1 year of prior experience of simultaneously mixing several tanks and accurately completing related documents
1 year of reading and matching numbers on shipping records, labels, raw materials, and finished goods

Perform the day-to-day tasks required to operate and maintain a Clear Brine Fluid blending facility safely. Ensure that all facility activities are conducted in the safest possible manner. Position Summary
Equipment Operators are responsible for the safe operation of equipment, i.e,. front-end loaders, excavators. Must be able to work in Algiers, Harahan, Waggaman, Donaldsonville and Hahnville.
Operate excavator to move, load, and grade earth, rock, gravel or other materials during construction.
Read and interpret blueprints or designs to understand the requirements of the job.
Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and clean, lubricate and refuel equipment
Complete daily equipment inspections
Communicate with customers and employees
Follow all company safety rules and regulations while performing duties

The Offshore Platform Operator is responsible for the operation and maintenance surveillance of a Hydrocarbon processing facility. This includes the monitoring and operation of all platform equipment and utility support systems. In addition, the individual will:
