Our Processing Operators are critical to success at FritoLay! Our Process Operators are responsible for operating process-related equipment and plant process control systems in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. Complete standard batching in accordance with documented formulas. Monitor the flow of product and communicate any issues as they arise. Monitor Systems utilizing HMI screens, reacting accordingly to alarms. Troubleshoot processing equipment in accordance with established procedures. Accurately record data on required forms, regulatory charts and both operational and cleaning checklists. Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of immediate area and use all required PPE when handling chemicals. Follow all safety regulations and promote a safe and harmonious work environment. Ensure compliance to all OSHA, NYSA&M, PMO, FDA, SQF and requirements. Covers breaks and lunches and other staffing needs as assigned by their supervisor/lead.
