The CNC Operator I ensures the smooth operation of equipment, maintaining product quality and assisting with basic machine maintenance. This role may report indirectly to a Production Lead, with a direct reporting relationship to the Production Supervisor. Assist with basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure products meet company and customer specifications. Flex across various departments as needed to support business demands. Any/all other duties as assigned. Work Environment and Physical Demands Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment.
