Process Operator - Decatur, IL As a process operator you will be a key part of our operations team, helping to ensure the safe operation of our process through a highly automated, state-of-the-art system that produces ingredients for the food, beverage, paper, packaging, animal feed, and other industries. There is no typical day and across your work, you may be working in hot and cold temperatures or be required to climb stairs and ladders, lift and carry 55 lbs., working at heights on exposed grating, and perform other physical duties. The Junior Operator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production processes, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety and quality standards. We are looking for candidates who would be available to start as early as Novemver 25th 2024 at our Decatur facility in Illinois. The regular shift would be Monday to Friday 7AM-3:30PM.
