Job Summary: The Equipment Operator holds a union position and is responsible for operating various equipment used in road, site, and highway construction. Essential Functions: 1. Mastery. Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in road, site, or highway construction operations including Pavers, Shuttle Buggy's, Rollers, Graders, Rubber Tire Excavators, and other various equipment as needed. 2. Assist in maintenance and other physical duties needed on site. 3. Protect Family and Friends. Wear all required personal protective equipment. 4. Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
