Spanish Peaks is a private community situated on 3,500 acres nestled at 7,700 feet in stunning Big Sky, Montana. We are about 50 miles away from Bozeman, Belgrade, and West Yellowstone, MT.
The Valet and Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing a consistent, high-level of friendliness and efficiency for all members, guests, and visitors. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by getting to know members and their families, while striving for the highest of standards to provide members and guests with a memorable experience.
RESPONSIBILITITES:
* Drive member and guest vehicles from upper Clubhouse circle to designated parking area for valet parking and return member and guest vehicle to upper Clubhouse circle for pick-up when needed.
* Assisting with the signature arrivals for our members and guests.
* Storing luggage, as needed.
* Escorting members and guests to Member Services or Dining Check In.
* Provide shuttle transportation in company club vehicles, throughout Spanish Peaks Mountain Club area and the general area of Big Sky.
* Read and understand your trip manifests.
* Document all trips and turn in daily trip sheet at the end of each shift.
* Immediately notify managers and safety department of any vehicular incidents (damage, accidents, guest incidents).
* Present a professional demeanor at all times, staying calm and collected when busy.
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the company club vehicles (interior, windshield, etc.).
* Provide friendly and attentive service to our members and guests, making them feel welcome, important, and relaxed.
* Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Ability to operate all types of passenger vehicles (standard and automatic).
* Valid U.S. driver's license with good/clean record required.
* Good knowledge of driver safety practices and traffic laws and regulations.
* Prior experience driving passengers, preferred.
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, holidays, weekends.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Most work tasks are performed outdoors.
* The worker is driving and getting in and out of vehicles most of the day.
* Must be able to stand or drive and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.
* Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis.
* May be required to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. occasionally.
* Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning and luggage handling tasks.
* Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.

Here's what you'd do:
The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. Heavy equipment may include trucks, front end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, trenchers, backhoes, loaders and other pieces of equipment. Equipment Operator must also clean, maintain and secure all equipment as directed by policies and procedures.
You'd be responsible for:
* Operating heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life.
* Performing daily safety and maintenance check.
* Cleaning heavy equipment as scheduled and/or required
* Ensuring heavy equipment is safely and securely stored
* Advising Foreman of any requirements for maintenance or repairs
* Participating in routine maintenance
* Practicing workplace safety
* Maintaining inventory
You might be a good fit if you have:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in equipment operating and maintenance
And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:
* Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic
* Work near or about natural bodies of water
* Work 8+ hours per day with applicable breaks x 5 days/week (some overtime/weekend work required)
* Ability to work in extreme conditions - temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit
* Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time
* Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs. (mulch, fertilizer, etc.)
* Ability to load/unload burlaps with plant cuttings onto trailer (up to 50 lbs.)
* Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day
