Cool and screen all product after firing and place in appropriate Kanbans. Wet tumble all pressed resonators and tubular product (except strip/refires) and dry. Weigh all tubular product and move to mechanical Kanban. Perform mechanical checks on all pressed discs, all resonators, and all tubes. Sort all necessary defects possible at all steps of the process before continuing to next step. Complete all necessary paperwork and logbook entries. Move all completed product to proper exit Kanbans. Flex to other jobs and departments as needed. Report problems and out-of-specification conditions to shift supervisor for assistance as they occur. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
