We are a Nationwide Consulting firm filling several Direct Full time positions with NCR. We are looking for someone with the following skills below:

Years in retail industry or store operations consulting

Worked as a consultant with recognized consulting company, identify client objectives, ability to scope a project

Knowledge of FDMM, CFR or DSR retail industries and operations, familiarity with basic store operations, e.g., Front-end operations, BOPIS, mobile shopper

Experience with basic data cleaning, formatting, and summary skills. Basic statistical analysis skills, such as, averages, standard deviations, percentiles, and confidence intervals

An understanding of basic retail consumer behaviors, able to conduct research focused on in-store behaviors and experiences of consumers, and experience observing and documenting these behaviors,

Experience with methodology for measurement of the underlying processes, tasks and time-motion considerations that support a store operating model. Ability to design optimized employee experiences and store processes.

Experience with technique for establishing standard times, which are required time to perform a given task, based on time measurements of the work content of the prescribed method, with due consideration for fatigue and for personal and unavoidable delays.

Experience with change management methodologies and ability to embed new solutions, operating model and ways of working at a customer

Able to communicate complexity / detail leveraging mix of verbal, PowerPoint and other mediums

Experience with taking an idea from concept to commercial solution, and developing a customer value proposition

Able to build client relationships and credibility and identify opportunities for up-sell / cross-sell of services within existing clients

A team player able to lead by example

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and Master degree (in quantitative disciplines, such as, industrial systems engineering, management science, or data analytics)

ADMS Operations Systems Engineering


Position Summary


The Consultant in ADMS and Operations Systems Engineering supports electric utilities across North America implement, maintain, and test their ADMS systems and integration strategy with other Operational Systems (OMS, DERMS, FLISR, VVO, etc.). Our company maintains a remote office setting so you can work from your home when you are not performing as-needed travel to client sites. The Consultant considers all aspects of power system design and operation to evaluate performance and develop recommendations to maintain client expectations for the use of the operations systems in maintaining reliability of the distribution power system. The ideal candidate will be expected to apply sound and diversified knowledge of power engineering principles and practices.


Responsibilities
Performing maintenance of the distribution network model in OMS (Outage Management System) Perform OMS Model design, conversion, test writing, and test execution Provide high-level technical expertise to other practice areas Provide peer review and editorial feedback Manage client expectations through regular communications to establish project objectives and formulate an agreed upon project approach


Qualifications


The successful candidate will have:
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering with a focus on power systems Distribution Operations experience at an Electrical utility company with routine experience using ADMS/OMS systems A minimum of 3 years of experience managing and dispatching power system outages on the electrical distribution system for utilities using ADMS/OMS systems A minimum of 3 years of experience maintaining distribution system network model in ADMS / OMS systems by performing model design, conversion, test writing, and test execution Storm Operations expertise focused on OMS. Experience with OSI ADMS and/or Oracle NMS is preferred. Experience with testing / implementing DERMS, FLISR, VVO systems is preferred. Additional experience with electric distribution system planning, design, reliability, construction, operations, and maintenance of utility distribution power system is preferred. High proficiency in using Excel to analyze operational data sets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent technical, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent negotiation and consensus-building skills Comfortable and effective working independently, as well as leading and working in teams across functional groups that vary from fundamentally technical to non-technical


Requirements:

Candidate must be available to travel within the local area of Baltimore, Maryland and make site visits potentially up to 3 days per week.


Additional desirable attributes include:
Previous investor owned utility experience Experience in other related engineering functions/disciplines such as system operations, protection system design and analysis, substation design, or distribution/transmission planning Experience in studies of power systems Experience using optimization tools and writing performance scripts to run automated or batch simulations and analyzing outage data, such as Python, MATLAB, or other tools or programming languages.

Under general supervision, verifies enrollment status, makes changes to member/client records, and addresses a variety of enrollment questions or concerns.- Maintains enrollment databases and coordinates transfer of non-electronic eligibility data.- Responds, researches, and resolves eligibility and/or billing related issues involving member specific information; Works directly with clients, field marketing offices and/or local claim operations to achieve positive service outcomes.- Monitors daily status reports assessing output for developing trends potentially impacting service levels.- Applies all appropriate considerations associated with technical requirements, legislative/regulatory policies, account structure and benefit parameters in addressing eligibility matters.- Validates benefit plan enrollment information for assigned clients for accuracy and completeness; coordinates the distribution of membership ID cards and partnering with appropriate internal/external support areas involving any requests for ID card customization.- Completes screen coding and data entry requirements related to the systems processes impacting the generation and release of member-specific and plan sponsor products (e.g., ID cards, change applications, audit lists, in-force lists, HIPAA certificates and various reports).- Completes data entry requirements for finalizing new enrollment information as well as for changes and/or terminations.- When necessary, reviews and corrects transaction errors impacting eligibility interfaces and prepares eligibility/enrollment information for imaging.- Interprets and translates client benefits and supporting account structure against internal systems/applications - Determines and communicates standard service charges to internal/external customers related to paper eligibility activities; May include negotiating and communicating charges pertaining to non-standard services. - Partners with other team functions to coordinate the release of eligibility and benefit plan information; reproduces group bills if requested by clients.

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 17.00

Maximum: 27.16

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
