Pros of working at OpenCity.in

If you keep your head down they’ll forget you exist & won’t hone in on you daily.

Cons of working at OpenCity.in

Unequal pay. Unequal opportunities. You will be worked to the bone and guilted for getting sick. 10-12 hour shifts and you’d better ask if you need to use the restroom after 4-5 hours.

What do you like best about OpenCity.in's CEO and the leadership team?

They do an exception job keeping you in a constant state of anxiety not knowing if there will be rounds of mass layoffs or mandatory overtime week by week

How would you improve OpenCity.in's culture?

It will work itself out when the federal government looks at the employment data

How does your compensation at OpenCity.in compare to the industry average?

Ridiculous

What's the diversity at OpenCity.in like?

If diverse is vanilla with one or two specs of chocolate they’re great. Never have they in the history of the company allowed a female or minority to progress on the engineering side of this company, so if that’s you, don’t bother. If you’re John smith, here’s your gold mine.

What brings you the most joy at OpenCity.in?

Being left alone
