Where to begin... only max 3% raise if you're perfect and "no one's perfect", working with a bunch of elderly people with no patience so learning curve doesn't exist, you can't smile or chat with coworkers without being yelled at, favoritism, incredibly rude managers, and they won't hire you if you have personal obligations and responsibilities such as a pet.
