You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior and executive leadership, to advise on change initiatives, impacts, interventions, and to equip all levels with the tools they need to successfully navigate and lead through change. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading change management and leading people, with a proven track record of successfully enhancing a change program at scale. You should have demonstrated experience as a people leader, with a proven commitment to developing and nurturing team members. You should have a strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with the ability to tailor approaches to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders and situations. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively engage and inspire across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated program, portfolio, and enterprise change management capabilities are required, with the ability to drive results in a safety-first, dynamic environment. Evaluate and assess the organization, and groups within, for change readiness, impact and resilience. Manage change analysis and change impact assessments to extract potential risks and guide mitigation recommendations. Manage and continuously improve change management reporting for organizational awareness of change initiatives, change impacts, change saturation, and value metrics for successful change management interventions and initiatives. Develop strong working relationships and collaborate with team members, peers, business partners, IT stakeholders, consultants and vendors, to implement change plans, resolve issues, manage resistance, and achieve success on initiatives. Nurture partnerships and ensure successful collaboration with departments whose critical work facilitates effective organizational change. Specific partnerships will include but are not limited to: Corporate Communications, Change Management Training, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, etc. Analyze current processes, gather feedback from stakeholders, and assess solutions, improving efficiency and aligning with departmental objectives. Initiate and perform change management practice reviews, making recommendations for improvements and/or changes to resolve deficiencies. Prepare and deliver comprehensive recommendations for new or enhanced solutions to management. Provide analysis to support decision-making and gain buy-in from stakeholders. Lead the optimization of existing change management processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business goals. Ensure employee compliance with applicable company policies, communicate job and performance expectations, and create an ethical, inclusive, and safe work environment. Provide periodic performance feedback, manage conflict, and support employee engagement and development. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the organization. Education High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent. Work Experience 5 years of Change Management experience required, including experience leading change across a matrixed organization. Experience leading change management or project management teams. Experience guiding change or transformation strategies with senior management. Experience interacting, advising, and communicating effectively with executive leaders. Experience developing information, conducting meetings, and presenting information to individuals and groups, including executive leaders. Experience with the energy industry pertaining to change management or project management.
