Global End User Service Delivery Specialist Essential Job Functions:

* Monitor resolution of IT Service request tickets, facilitate end-user feedback processes, and escalate critical issues to Global End User / Customer Service Manager.
* Responsible for scheduling and deploying IT Service delivery teams in accordance with forecasted end-user needs and establishing standardized service delivery and end user engagement processes for IT Service delivery teams.
* Define and track metrics for Key Performance Indicators to continue to raise the bar for the IT Service delivery personnel. Ensure that IT Service delivery teams are informed of Olin IT projects and initiatives and prepared to serve end-users accordingly.
* Work with service providers and vendors to ensure compliance to SLAs and to improve support on a continuous basis.
Global End User Service Delivery Specialist Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree*; Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of IT or Customer Support experience. Vendor Management experience strongly preferred.
* Experience working in Corporate office structure.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and build working relationships with individuals throughout the organization in support of IT department objectives. Must have the ability to work closely will people at all levels of the organization from entry level to the CEO.

Huntsman is seeking an Associate General Counsel - Litigation and Compliance Services supporting the Legal Division located in The Woodlands, Texas.
Job Scope
The Associate General Counsel, Litigation and Compliance Services, reports to the General Counsel, sits on the department's leadership team, and is responsible for: (1) managing the Company's litigation docket, including commercial, product liability, trade, personal injury, credit and collections, real property and other litigation matters that arise in the ordinary course of a large, multinational chemical company's business; (2) driving the Company's ethics & compliance program, which includes working closely with the Company's Chief Compliance Officer on program organization, design, implementation, and execution; and (3) supervising the professional staff that work in the litigation and compliance groups. The "split" of responsibilities between litigation and compliance varies over the course of a year but, in the ordinary course, would typically be approximately 75% litigation and 25% compliance.
As the Associate General Counsel, you will:
* Manage the litigation process from start to finish to protect and advocate the Company's legal positions;
* Conduct early case assessment and investigate matters as necessary, including reviewing applicable documents and interviewing potential witnesses;
* Interview and hire appropriate outside counsel for both litigation and compliance matters and ensure compliance with Huntsman's Guidelines for Outside Counsel, including developing budgets for each litigation matter and managing outside counsel accordingly;
* Actively manage and support outside counsel in the administration of each litigation matter, including liaising with business clients and Division Counsel and regular reporting to senior management;

* Respond to legal inquiries such as subpoenas or other regulatory demands;
