Responsibilities Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is $98,000 - $258,600 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled. This position is responsible for contributing to a collaborative investment process within 1834, a division of Old National Bank's dedicated to high net worth and institutional investment advisory. The role will primarily focus on research and analysis related to the asset allocation and portfolio construction processes, and will support decision-making processes related to both long-term (strategic) and short-term (tactical) asset allocation. Responsible for self generating new Bank at Work employer opportunities through cold calling, networking, and maintaining established employer relationships. Work with assigned district manager to coordinate event participation and partner with the Branches to provide Bank at Work training and education. This person will also: Initiate new business opportunities for the bank through the self generation of new leads, and the development of Centers of Influence business contacts and maintenance of existing client relationships to ensure new checking production targets are achieved. Responsible for generation of Bank at Work opportunities through development of relationships with line of business partners within regions.
