Provide administrative support to Accounting Manager and Petroleum Dispatch Manger of Convenience Management and CLI Transport. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned) Perform day to day administrative tasks such as filing, office correspondence, processing information requests and sorting/distributing mail. Coordinate meeting and schedules and make all necessary travel arrangements. Compose, type and distribute meeting minutes. Maintain accurate Accounts Payable system. Prepare and submit various regulatory agency returns/reports. Maintain accurate freight rate tables in database for billing purposes. Compile and send freight invoices to customers. Coordinate all pcard holders expenses and accurately record description of expense in P card system. Research and gather information as needs for special projects REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education High School Diploma/GED Experience No Experience Required Licenses/Certifications Valid Driver's License ABOUT CLI TRANSPORT CLI Transport, LP is the dedicated petroleum transporter for all Sheetz convenience stores.
