As a Security Coordinator at a Wegmans store location, you will be responsible for providing a safe and secure store environment for customers and employees. Coordinators are the liaison between the Wegmans Asset Protection team, company leaders and the employees within the store. This position requires a self-motivated, independent individual who is task-oriented and will remain highly visible to build relationships within the store and provide incredible customer service.
What will I do?

Coordinate and manage all Closed-Circuit Television systems, and all life safety and store security measure systems

Discreetly conduct investigations and surveillances under the guidance of the Asset Protection Manager
Respond to emergency situations; provide ongoing support and guidance to both employees and customers
Required Qualifications
Police Officer/Deputy/Trooper experience working road patrol and/or United States Military Law Enforcement or Special Operations experience
Proven ability to problem solve and effectively manage conflict

Ability to maintain effective communication and composure in a stressful environment

Include all Arc staff in relevant Orientation and Yellow Shirt events
Liaise regularly internally with Arc staff; and externally with the University and associated bodies to ensure the success of the O-Week program and maintain strong working relationships;

Volunteer Coordination
Act as the connection between O-Week volunteers especially between the Organising Team and Squad Leaders & Yellow Shirt volunteers;
Act as the connection between all members of the Organising Team to ensure that the team is efficiently working towards the same coherent goal; prioritising first years in all decision making and creating a positive environment for volunteers where they feel valued and rewarded in their volunteer experience.
Assist with recruitment, selection, training, and support of a diverse range of volunteers to fulfill program objectives in collaboration with the Orientation Coordinator
Work alongside volunteers to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully fulfill program objectives.
Establish clear expectations for volunteer roles, reinforcing nonnegotiables and nice-to-haves, with guidance from the Orientation Coordinator.
Collaborate with volunteers to monitor workload, ensuring balance and preventing burnout.

Summary of Position:
The FCU Analyst is responsible for supporting the FCU Department by assisting in monitoring, reviewing, maintaining, and improving the Bank's BSA/AML/OFAC and overall Compliance Program to ensure compliance with applicable bank laws and regulations. Completion of required annual Bank Secrecy Act training
Using Fiserv's “AML Manager” system to perform monitoring activities
Performing transaction monitoring or suspicious activities; assisting with suspicious activity investigations
Gathering materials for BSA audits and examinations
Reviewing CTRs for accuracy; filing CTRs with Fincen; processing Fincen correspondence
Reviewing Monetary Instrument Logs for accuracy and to determining if cash purchases are to be reported on a CTR
Effectively coordinating with branches and departments when additional information or documents are needed to perform job duties and responsibilities
Assisting with CDD/EDD on new accounts
Assisting with CTR exemptions; maintaining exemption files
Assisting in maintaining and updating the BSA, USA Patriot Act, CIP, AML, and OFAC Procedures Manual, as assigned
Maintaining BSA Department records as required by BSA and OFAC regulations
Assisting with gathering materials for BSA audits and examinations

Qualifications & Skills:
