Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist ADAs in tracking funds related to asset forfeiture and restitution payments. Prepare all reports that track the intake and disposition of forfeiture and restitution funds; Work with others in the office and with partner agencies to identify forfeiture and restitution cases, locate victims, facilitate the transfer of funds to victims and other third parties, manage records relating to property seizures, and assist in preparing property for auctions.
