He/She patrols the facility to prevent fire, theft and vandalism; and responds to the security needs of Singing River Health System personnel. Allows authorized persons access to various areas of the property when keys are inadvertently misplaced. RESPONSIBILITIES Supervises the security operations on assigned shift when the supervisor is not on duty. Ensures shift operates smoothly and efficiently and that crewmembers, guests and entire property are secure and protected. Coordinates the security response to emergency situations that may result in liability for Treasure Bay Casino and Hotel. Determines shift staffing needs and assigns officers to various posts as needed. Ensures time and attendance sheets are completed accurately and submitted to administration on a timely basis. Assigns officers to daily tasks and ensures completion. In the absence of the security supervisor, performs supervisor duties as needed. During emergencies, responds to the appropriate command centers assuming direct command of emergency procedures until executive staff arrives and then performs the role of advisor until a supervisor arrives.
