Responsibilities
As directed, perform all job functions within the warehouse including loading/unloading trailers, moving pallets of product, palletizing product, picking orders and completing documentation.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat/clean and complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Manage product inventory and follow first in-first out shipping and rotation principles.
Complete shipping, receiving and inspection documents neatly and accurately.
Operate equipment for loading and unloading. This includes operating an end loader, switching engine, fork lift, and skid loader.
Conduct truck and railcar inspections prior to loading with product.
Perform basic preventative maintenance and assist maintenance techs as needed.

General Job Description
The Quality Control Supervisor at Dogwood Industries plays a critical role in overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and working closely with production to maintain high-quality manufacturing standards. Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the quality control team at the Sedro-Woolley facility, ensuring all fabrication work meets Dogwood's quality expectations and industry standards
Serve as the face of Dogwood's quality assurance program, interacting with customers, third-party inspectors, and regulatory bodies
Ensure compliance with AWS D1.1/D1.2 and other relevant standards, reviewing drawings and specifications to maintain consistency and accuracy
Oversee inspection processes, including first article, in-process, and final inspections, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions are implemented
Collaborate with production, engineering, and project management teams to resolve quality issues and proactively improve processes
Set high ethical and quality standards, holding team members accountable for meeting expectations
Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to reduce defects and rework
Ensure effective training and development of quality control personnel
