A nutritional services aide is one who assists nutritionists and healthcare professionals in identifying and assessing the nutritional needs of clients.
Your responsibilities will include helping to come up with menus that cater to different dietary categories with consideration to medical conditions present, preparing and delivering food to clients in places such as nursing homes, review doctors charts, and interact with the clients to determine the meal plans that are effective and also take notes of changes to be made and health response the client has to the prepared diet.
