Qualifications



Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and currently licensed by the State. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field is preferred. Must be well-versed in human relations and administrative management. Must possess basic computer skills. Must be able to travel occasionally, including overnight stays. Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families and government regulators, and to work cooperatively with other associates at all levels. Must pass criminal background investigation, drug screening, and reference inquiry.


Required Experience:


Completion of an Administrator In Training (AIT) program or prior experience as an Administrator or an Assistant Administrator is required.
