The Trauma Process Improvement Nurse working in conjunction with the Trauma Program Manager and Trauma Medical Director assists the trauma program in monitoring all aspects of care. Job Summary:
The role of the Lead Registered Nurse is to be responsible for overseeing clinical nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supporting the healthcare team in a community health setting. Qualifications:

* Demonstrate above average overall clinical performance as both clinic RN and Telephone Triage RN.
