JOB DESCRIPTION - Advanced Practice Provider - Onboarder Adfinitas Health offers an intense months-long Onboarding program designed to train Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to autonomously provide high quality patient care in the hospital setting as part of the hospitalist team. Clinical training consists of three phases - Hospital/Patient Orientation, Closely Supervised Patient Care, and Supervised Patient Care. An onboarder will be paired with a designated Clinical Trainer for on the job training, as well as attending biweekly didactic training sessions.
