Basic Job Functions:
The SAP HRIS Technical Analyst will support Nucor's human resources technology solutions across all SuccessFactors platforms. Responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:
Manage Nucor's SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including planning and leading migration from NEO environment to Cloud Foundry environment
Support implementation of WorkForce Solutions via SAP BTP
Develop, maintain and support SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) integrations
Leverage knowledge of ABAP to support existing SAP programs and create new ones
Developing understanding of Nucor custom programs within SAP (like Job Bid functionality), supporting these custom programs as needed
Creating technical documentation and process guides
Work with Nucor Business Technology (NBT) team to support HR-related APIs and integrations into SuccessFactors
Alongside HRIS Technical Lead, provide recommendations on processes and procedures to achieve improved efficiency, quality, timeliness, and accuracy of HR functions
Willingness to learn new technologies and the ability to teach those technologies to others
This role is located in-office in Charlotte, North Carolina. There will be some travel required with this role.

We have been manufacturing carpet underlay for over 22 years and are considered a full-scale recycler. As a Maintenance Mechanic Technician, you will have the opportunity to assist in working on projects that will improve current processes in the manufacturing of carpet underlay. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by ensuring that our facility's machines are operating safely and efficiently. The team you will be working with collaborates to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner, and values great workmanship.
So, what will you be doing as a Maintenance Mechanic Technician?
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance.
Complete work orders as assigned in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Two years of industrial maintenance experience.
Ability to use power tools such as grinder, drill, saw, and drill press.
Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and installing bearings, sprockets, and chains.
Ability to learn how to operate lift truck, scissor lift and aerial lifts; and eventually certified.
Ability to diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.
Ability to follow manuals, schematic diagrams and blueprints using hand tools and test equipment to connect power supply wires to machines and equipment.
Maintain equipment and do basic repairs as needed.
Be detail oriented, well-organized, have good on-time attendance, and be self-motivated.
Must have own tools.
Fully support and participate in Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Continuous Improvement Programs.
Available to work on required Saturday's.

* Performs general cleaning/maintenance tasks necessary to keep equipment and tools in operable condition, which may include inspecting equipment, checking/replacing fluids, greasing equipment, washing/cleaning equipment, cleaning project work areas, and cleaning shop, monitoring equipment operations to maintain efficiency and safety, and reporting faulty equipment.
* Follows safety procedures, utilizes safety equipment and monitors work environment to ensure safety of employees and other individuals.
* Approximate travel required: 40%

Education:

Basic Job Functions:
The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for managing the logistics and administrative aspects of field service operations. This role ensures that repair work is completed efficiently, safely, on time, and to the satisfaction of the customer. Key duties include coordinating technicians for inspections and repairs, scheduling service appointments, and handling customer inquiries and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer sites based on service requests and priority levels.
Ensure technicians have the necessary tools, resources, and information to complete repairs effectively.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, answering field related questions, scheduling repairs, and providing status updates on ongoing requests.
Work with internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers) to resolve quality issues and improve service processes.

Ensure technicians follow safety standards and service protocols on-site.
Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including customer details, work performed, parts used, and time spent.
Prepare and submit reports on service operations, technician performance, and customer feedback.
Address scheduling conflicts, customer complaints, and operational issues to maintain a smooth service process.

* Track material transferred into department.
* Communicate with supervisor and other employees as needed.

The goal of the MMT Internship program is to provide individuals with hands-on experience in a repair shop setting, supporting heavy equipment repair within the Aggregates industry.
On the Job Training:
* Disassemble crusher subassemblies using handtools and power tools (electric, pneumatic, battery and hydraulic)
* Powerwash and sandblast components to perform a pre-reman inspection
* Use common metrology equipment to obtain measurements and distinguish focused areas needing further attention such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges and feeler gauges.
* Interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings and machining documents
* Use torches, plasma cutters, saws, lancing and air arcing equipment to remove material
