Pros of working at NuCO2

Good work / life balance

Cons of working at NuCO2

Things have changed so much it's not worth working for this company. Management have no say so what so ever, they don't defend good employees and everything has to go through people in Florida who don't even work with you or even know you. HR is only there to defend the company don't trust them. Safety manager and district manager act like they're in high school, they don't like each other and safety manager while try to make an example out of anyone in the district to get back at the district manager. I can keep going on and on

Nothing to like they are in it for them self and their personal gain, they can careless about people unless you are in their inner circle,
