Decent coworkers; meaningful mission.
Terrible leadership; poor processes; lack of job security; unreasonable workloads; dysfunctional or lacking systems; constant change and instability of roles.
Most of the people you work with are pretty nice.
Terrible leadership. Staff are disposable and there is really high turnover. Very chaotic, lack of institutional knowledge, lack of processes and procedures, and poor training.
Lot's of paid time off.
