Requirements Essential Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum of five (5) years of diverse experience in building codes and system design Proper understanding of mechanical/plumbing disciplines related to building design and construction of transportation and related facilities Strong and effective communication skills, both oral and written Comfortable acting as liaison between client tenants, facilities and in-house application reviewers to ensure smooth workflow Comprehensive computer skills, proficient in MS Suite, and ability & interest to learn various in-house and external software (Share Point, Trimble, etc.) Professional Engineer (PE) License in New York and/or New Jersey is preferred
