Stress Care of New Jersey is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to perform duties in accordance with the agency's policies and procedures. Daily tasks will include scheduling applicants, assisting with maintaining personnel records, and maintaining a positive work environment.
In this role, you will:
Protect confidentiality in regards to company and employee information (including payroll, demographics, discipline, accommodation requests, family matters, etc.)
Maintain working knowledge of policies and procedures, pay practices, employee benefits, employment laws, and communicate understanding and utilization with employees
Coordinate hiring needs under the direction of the HR Manager to recruit, schedule, and conduct initial interview of job applicants.
Facilitate new hire onboarding, orientation, and regularly scheduled check-ins with staff
Investigate causes of employee disputes and grievances and recommends corrective action
Fairly and consistently ensure compliance with Stress Care of New Jersey, Joint Commission, State of New Jersey, and commercial insurance policies and procedures
Assist with event and program coordination across the agency's 4 locations
Success for the
Human Resources Generalist

The ideal candidate has:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or translatable social science
Previous work experience in Human Resources (required)
Experience in Health Care is highly preferable!

On-call hours are required on a rotating basis.

Participate in the Care Plan meeting with the recipient and BHH team

Assist recipient with application for service, arrange transportation, and escort to appointments as necessary
In collaboration with SW/Program Manager, maintain communication with recipient, family and community providers and problem solve barriers

Provide coaching and health promotion activities to recipients using individual, family and group forums in accordance with best practice guidelines of Chronic Illness Self Management model
Interface with medical professionals and others on behalf for the recipient as appropriate
Submit Quality Assurance data in accordance with CMS required quality measures
Participate in weekly supervision and staff meetings
Conduct community outreach activities to educate general public on services provided by Stress Care of New Jersey
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Participate in Case Conferences with other SCNJ Programs.

We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision, assist therapists with managing their caseloads, maintain clinical standards for the clients in our Higher Level of Care programs (PHP/IOP), and overseeing applicable licensing and reporting requirements.
ANNUAL SALARY: Starting at $90,000
Qualifications and Skills
Licensed as an:
NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license with a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) certification,
(and)
NJ Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) or a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) certification to supervise CADC.
Experience should include five years (5) of progressively responsible clinical supervisory experience in the mental health field to clients of all ages in multispecialty setting.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for the direction, provision, and quality of Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program; follow and ensure compliance with agency policies and procedure manual, oversee budget and a quality assurance program.
Responsible for the coordination and integration of counseling services with other client care services to ensure continuity of care for each client; ensure that the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharge planning of clients is provided by appropriately trained and qualified clinical staff as specified in the client's treatment plan; and properly documented throughout the client's chart as required by agency policies. Oversee that direct clinical supervision is provided to all clinical staff, individually and in a group setting.
Responsible to ensure that the addiction treatment and behavioral approaches to treatment are evidenced based or based on objective information to provide treatment services consistent with recognized treatment principles and practices for each level of care and type of client served by the agency.
