Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your primary responsibilities will include performing nightly accounting tasks, providing exceptional customer service to guests, and handling any inquiries or issues that may arise during your shift.
Responsibilities:
Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepare and distribute daily reports detailing hotel revenue, occupancy rates, and other key metrics
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight hours, providing a warm and welcoming experience
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain security by monitoring the premises and addressing any safety or security hazards
Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing reservations, and responding to emails
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work overnight shifts
