The Feed Mill Operator produces high quality feed and is knowledgeable about the feed mill manufacturing process, equipment, and systems. **Currently hiring for an overnight position, days and hours may vary based on production needs, 10-12 hours per shift** Key Responsibilities Manage ingredient process flow of entire feed mill to include receiving, grinding, batching, and loadout. Receive and order ingredients and maintenance of the feed mill, warehouse, bins, and related equipment. Coordinate, plan and execute finished feed production runs for the layer and pullet farms. Perform or coordinate preventative maintenance and repair of mill and related equipment as needed. Understand internal feed computer systems and process paperwork, orders, or related information to support farm operations. Follow established procedures to maintain sufficient ingredients and finished feed inventory levels. Maintain a clean orderly work environment. Provide back-up support to coworkers and other departments as required. Coordinates with other departments on troubleshooting day-to-day equipment concerns with feed consumption, scales, and accurate reporting of feed usage. Other duties as assigned. Under supervision of the Assistant Director of Campus Safety, the Campus Safety Officer will perform tasks in support of the college's safety and security operations. This individual maintains a safe and secure environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors by patrolling and monitoring safety and security conditions on college property and responding to calls for service. Position Summary: Our Maximize the Gift Work system continues to grow our team of experts to advance our team. The Organ Donation Coordinator is responsible for maximizing donation and transplantation opportunities in compliance with industry standards. The coordinator evaluates and coordinates the medical management of the organ donor to maximize organ function. The Organ Donation coordinator also works with a team to facilitate allocation of organs and coordinate the organ recovery process. Essential Functions and Performance Responsibilities: Gather and accurately assess patient medical records and Donor Risk Assessment Interview (DRAI) to determine suitability for organ donation. Recognize and treat pathophysiological effects of brain death. Work with multidisciplinary hospital teams to assess, treat and care for critically ill patients in the ICU Medically manage organ donors to maximize the gift of donation. Obtain specimens and coordinate serological and histocompatibility testing. Complete post donor chart submission for quality assurance per defined timelines. Collaborate with Family Services and Hospital Services to increase donation. Assist with procurement, preservation, packaging, labeling, and shipment of organs. Collaborate closely with Iowa Donor Network clinical team members, donor hospital staff and physicians, transplant center representatives, and other essential stakeholders and partners. Participate in departmental meetings, educational activities, quality assurance initiatives, and required training as assigned. Position Qualifications and Education Requirements: Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, Paramedic/EMT, or prior experience working as a clinical coordinator in another OPO. Prior experience and current knowledge of medical/surgical critical care, trauma, or emergency care in the hospital setting required. Ability to obtain and maintain an ACLS, PALS, and BLS certification. Maintain a valid driver's license and personal auto insurance. Bachelor's Degree or Higher, preferred.
