C. Jeffrey Knittel is President of Transportation Finance, a diversified organization which provides financing solutions for the aerospace and rail industries including commercial airlines, business aircraft operators, aerospace and defense manufacturers and suppliers,railroads and shippers. Mr. Knittel is responsible for the management of four groups: Commercial Airlines, comprised of approximately 300 aircraft operated by more than 115 customers in 55 countries. In addition, CIT has more than 150 aircraft on order, with a retail value approximately $10 billion; Business Aircraft which includes whole and fractional business aircraft finance assets and is the largest institution in fractional share financing; Leveraged Finance – Transportation, which was recently formed to deliver a broad suite of corporate finance and advisory solutions to the Aerospace and Defense, Rail, Logistics, Trucking, Intermodal and Marine industries; and CIT Rail, one of the youngest major fleets with over 110,000 cars and more than 500 locomotives. With more than 25 years of experience in transportation finance, Mr. Knittel began his career with the Cessna Finance Company and later joined Manufacturers Hanover Leasing Corporation. In 1986, he transferred to the CIT Group/Capital Finance division where he held several senior management positions. A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he received a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Mr. Knittel also attended the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business in their Advanced Management Program. Jennifer F. Scanlon is president and chief executive officer, USG Corporation. Scanlon’s previous roles with USG include president, International; president, L&W Supply Corporation; chief information officer and chairman of the board for USG Boral Building Products. She has led the company through some of its most significant strategic moves in recent history, including establishing the USG Boral Building Products joint venture and the divestiture of L&W Supply Corporation. Scanlon joined USG in 2003 as director of strategy implementation for Supply Chain Management and Customer Relationship Management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in government and computer applications from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago. Scanlon serves on the boards of Norfolk Southern Corporation, the National Association of Manufacturers, the Chicago Council of Global Affairs and SHORE Community Services, Inc. She is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, The Chicago Network and the Executives’ Club of Chicago.

Jeff Owens is President at Advanced Technology Services. He started at ATS in 1988 as a sales representative and was soon promoted to Account Manager in Detroit. He continued his career in multiple positions such as Regional Manager, General Manager of Industrial Parts Services, and VP of Operations before becoming President and CEO of the company in 2004. He is a member of the Young Presidents Association, a member of the Illinois Business Round Table. and a graduate of Bell Leadership Roundtable Program. Owens graduated from Westminster College (MO) in 1987 with a degree in business administration.
