This is a position for ONSITE engineer which will need fundamental understanding of computer diagnostics and troubleshooting, Windows 10/11 support, basic network skills and ability to work on mobile devices if necessary.
Some conference room support experience would be nice but not necessary. We also would benefit from having someone familiar with Apple ecosystem.
*Main Responsibilities:*
• Perform a range of technical work activities either remotely or at customer site to meet business and customer requirements.
• Coordinate small teams delivering basic work packages in line with company process to meet business and customer requirements.

Install workstations, configure and maintain up to 30-40 FRCS/ICS systems as required by the physical and virtual servers at the site as needed.
Administer up to 30-40 FRCS/ICS operating systems including Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Information Guide (STIG), benchmark, and hardening.
Load FRCS/ICS system application software and patches as required by the WS as needed.

Plan for current and future technology integration and works issues for compatibility and standardization based on current and projected customer needs.
Set up and maintain account restrictions and user rights. Utilize established password controls and procedures. Maintain user access controls (physical, personnel, software, and information security) using applicable security policies and regulations.
