Essential Functions:

The primary function of this position is to provide first-line technical escalations for technicians supporting multiple disciplines (Transport, DAS, Microwave, Data Centers, and ISP). Respond to network incidents and activities which include supporting SLA commitments between Network Operations and customers (internal and external).
Work independently with little supervision while providing clear documentation of activities, including customer, management, and reporting oriented information as well as detailed technical information.
Understand and respond properly to escalation procedures.
Inform management in a clear, concise, and timely manner of any customer or technical issues.
Complete and maintain quarterly internal training and certification standards.
