    Solon, OH area-based, Actuation Products manufacturer has an immediate opening for a Product Support, Designer / Test Technician to support engineering and assist with testing on the Kyntronics unique SMART Hydraulic Products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Learn and become proficient with Kyntronics products. 2. Support Kyntronics product lines including troubleshooting, both pre and post shipment - most support is via calls, some field support may be required. 3. Assist with customer models & supporting engineering using SolidWorks. 4. Conduct final testing and commissioning of Kyntronics products prior to shipment including ATP results and other documentation. 5. Develop and implement ATPs. 6. Provide critical technical information to Engineering for product improvement. 7. Assist with Engineering test plans and implementation. 8. Other duties as applicable. Essential Traits: 1. Ability to problem solve with root cause analysis. 2. Familiarity with data acquisition and analysis. 3. Hard-working, hands-on, with a strong sense of urgency… “get the job done” approach. 4. Respect for others, high integrity. 5. Excellent computer skills and highly proficient using Microsoft Office suite. 6. Excellent communications and inter-personal skills. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent applicable experience. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience testing / supporting similar products. 3. SolidWorks Experience is a positive. 4.
