This position is a highly assembly position where the technician is required to use a wide variety of hand tools, calipers, depth gauges, micrometers, and some wiring harness experience. If possible, we would like to target someone who has some soldiering experience and is familiar with using calibrated tooling.
Duties:
Primary functions/responsibilities may include helping support the assembly line by tearing down overhaul units, supporting new production builds and cleaning the old parts from refurbished pedestals.
Helping support wire assembly/harness build for both new and overhaul pedestals.
Qualifications:
Minimal Highschool Diploma/GED anything additional is a bonus.
Preferably 1-2 years experience in a mechanical assembly environment, with good knowledge on how to use a wide variety of hand tools.
We would prefer to have on candidate that has 1-2 years of wire assembly/harness build experience and a solider background to help in that area as well. Prior experience with harness building or mechanical building in a huge plus.
