HATTIESBURG, MS (NATIONWIDE SEARCH) - A wonderful and devoted dad is seeking a NANNY to care for his three children-an 8-year-old boy and two girls, ages 5 and 3-on a one week on, one week off schedule. While the position is 26 weeks per year, full-time pay is offered. This unique opportunity provides a fantastic work-life balance, allowing for seven consecutive days off every other week while still offering a competitive salary of $50K-$60K per year plus full benefits. The position is live-in or live-out, with the option to remain in the home during off weeks if desired. Living accommodations consist of a private bedroom and bathroom within the home. A car is provided for both work-related and personal use. The typical schedule is 8 AM - 5 PM 7 days/week, with flexibility required for occasional later evenings.
Responsibilities include full childcare, ensuring the children's daily routines run smoothly, and providing a nurturing and structured environment. The nanny will handle school drop-offs and pick-ups, with the eldest leaving around 7:30 AM, while the younger girls attend preschool from 9 AM - 12:30 PM. Their brother finishes school at 2:45 PM, and the nanny will help coordinate and transport them to their after-school activities such as gymnastics and swim. Additional duties include preparing meals and snacks for the children, light tidying related to their care, and assisting with homework. The nanny and dad will work as a team to ensure all the children's needs are met.
The family enjoys traveling, and the nanny will be invited to join them on domestic trips, including visits to Destin, FL, ski and snowboard vacations, and occasional short getaways (2-3 day gymnastics trips). Physical Requirements:

Compensation:
