Both parents work both in and out of the home and maintain a flexible schedule, though they prefer a structured routine with coverage from 10 AM - 5 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and 9 AM - 3 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with infants and toddlers and a strong understanding of child development. The family values a proactive nanny who can approach each day with a thoughtful plan to foster developmental milestones while creating a nurturing and engaging environment for their child. The ability to work independently and take initiative is essential, while also being receptive to parental input and respectful of their parenting choices.
