This candidate will also need to have the energy to keep up with their very active child.
Schedule would be Monday 2pm-8pm. Tuesday 2/2:30-8pm and Wednesday 1pm-8pm. As both parents are physicians, they are looking for someone with some flexibility in their schedule should they need additional hours, but that is usually known well in advance. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and work as a team with the parents.
