A wonderful family in Miami, FL is seeking a live-in, full-time nanny to help care for their 2.5-year-old son to start ASAP. The family also has a 4-month-old daughter, but the nanny will not be in charge of the baby for a while yet, and then it will only be for a couple hours a day as mom stays home with the baby. The general schedule will be Monday-Friday, 7:30am-7:30pm, for a guaranteed 60 hours per week, with the flexibility for night-time coverage and longer travel on occasion. Their son is in preschool, and they are hands on parents, so the nanny will not be working the full 60 hours weekly, but they pay for your on-call time during those hours and do ask for flexibility and the willingness to pitch in when needed.
