A warm and caring family is seeking an experienced full-time nanny to care for their infant twins. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with twins or caring for multiple infants at once, a proactive approach to childcare, and a nurturing personality. This is a long-term position in a home where both parents work remotely, and the nanny will play an essential role in supporting the family's daily routine. Must be pet friendly, there is an older, small dog at the home.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $27-$35 per hour
Annual Salary: $56,160-$72,800, based on experience

Schedule & Hours:
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexibility to stay later if needed)

Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and loving care for twin infants, ensuring their well-being and development
Follow a structured feeding and nap schedule while being flexible to the babies' evolving needs
Engage in age-appropriate activities, including reading, sensory play, and music classes as the twins grow
Anticipate the babies' needs rather than waiting for them to cry
Assist with light household tasks, including laundry for the family and light meal preparation
Support sleep training if needed
Drive the twins to classes or activities in the future (a car is provided)
Qualifications:
Experience with twins or multiple infants preferred
Knowledge of infant development and ability to foster an engaging and stimulating environment
A proactive, reliable, and caring demeanor
Ability to balance the care needs of two infants with different feeding and sleeping schedules
Located within a 30-minute commute
Must have a valid driver's license
Provide 3-5 professional references
Must have US work authorization

What Your Days Will be Like:
As a Caregiver within our Care for Business team, you will have the opportunity to care for children of multiple families in your area! You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children under your care. Our team will automatically place you in jobs based on your experience, location, and availability!
Conduct Intro Calls with each family you're booked with
Care for children in their homes, typically an 8-hour day
Abide by and follow the schedule and rules set forth by parents
Perform household duties relating to the care you provide; i.e. cleaning up after meals, doing dishes, and cleaning up after activities
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Must be 18 years or older
Minimum of 1 weekday availability to work (at least 8 consecutive hours between 6am-8pm)

Reliable transportation to reach families' homes and ability to travel up to 15 miles from your home
Adult, Infant, and Pediatric CPR/First Aid Required prior to start date (will provide reimbursement for certification)

Compensation Range: $20 to $22 hourly. The base compensation range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position.
Actual compensation may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.
