The ideal candidate will be experienced with children, highly organized, and comfortable balancing childcare and household management responsibilities. The family has two children, ages 5 and almost 3, who are high-energy, playful, and loving. Their daughter has a heart condition, requiring medication at 6:45 AM, and the nanny must be comfortable learning about her condition, staying calm in emergencies, and treating her normally while remaining aware. The schedule will be Wednesday - Sunday, with flexibility to shift to Tuesday - Saturday after the first year.
